Terms of Use

These beta terms explain the ground rules for using TradeMate while we prepare the production MVP for wider release.

Last updated: 3 July 2026

Beta Access

TradeMate is currently a beta product. Some workflows may change as the product is tested with early users.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of customer records, job notes, extracted details, generated drafts, approvals, and exported documents.

AI Drafts

AI outputs are drafts only. SWMS, JHA, quote, diary, and report drafts must be reviewed, edited, and approved by a competent person before use.

No Compliance Guarantee

TradeMate does not guarantee legal, safety, regulatory, tax, accounting, or standards compliance. You must get qualified advice where required.

Acceptable Use

You must only upload information you have permission to use and must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other organisations.

Billing

Billing features may be available in test or live mode. Pricing shown is for TradeMate plans and may change before general availability.

Built for Tradies. TradeMate is designed to save time, but final responsibility for the work, the records, and the documents remains with the business using the product.
